Are you feeling drained by repeated conflicts in your relationship, leaving you wondering if something will ever shift? When the same issues keep coming up, it’s hard to feel at ease or truly connected with your partner.
This ongoing stress might not stay contained—it can start affecting other parts of your life, like work or time with friends, making it hard to fully focus or relax. As anxiety spills over, you may even start to wonder if something deeper, like past experiences or old patterns, could be adding to this overwhelm.

Imagine feeling clear and at peace instead of overwhelmed and anxious. Together, we can untangle those tricky emotions and patterns, allowing you to feel more balanced and confident in your relationships and in life. Discover the freedom to create healthier relationships and reclaim your emotional well-being as you break free from the patterns holding you back.
Who I Work With
I work with overwhelmed adults who are looking for support in navigating relationship challenges and anxiety. Many of the clients I help feel overwhelmed by their emotions and often find themselves anxious during conflicts or misunderstandings in their relationships. Sometimes, past painful experiences—whether from childhood or previous relationships—are affecting how they react and feel today, keeping them feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.
"Think of your emotions and past experiences as a ball of knotted string. Together, we slowly and carefully untangle each knot, releasing what’s been binding you and making room for smoother, healthier connections in your life."
What You Can Expect
In our work together, you’ll step into a safe, non-judgmental space where you can:
-
openly explore your feelings, experiences, and relationship patterns
-
understand and untangle your thoughts and emotions
-
gain clarity about yourself and your relationships
-
find a greater sense of emotional balance
-
uncover how previous experiences may be influencing your current challenges
With supportive guidance, you’ll learn:
-
communication skills
-
skills to manage anxiety
-
how to heal what has held you back
Ultimately, this process will help you find peace within yourself and foster the meaningful relationships you deserve.
Am I the right therapist for you?
Opening up about life’s struggles isn’t always easy, especially if it doesn’t feel comfortable to share fully with your partner, friends, or family. My goal is to offer you a place where you can openly discuss the good, the hard, and everything in between, knowing that you’ll be met with full understanding and without judgment.

Life’s pressures—from balancing work, relationships, family, and health to feeling the weight of social media and the pressure to succeed—can feel overwhelming, especially when it seems like everyone else is thriving. I take a holistic approach, seeing you as a whole person and helping you recognize how each part of your life connects and impacts the others. Together, we’ll work on letting go of what’s weighing you down and create space for what supports your well-being.

With a deep understanding of complex relationship patterns and the effects of trauma, I'll help you find your voice and communicate your needs in a way that brings you closer to others while working to heal those old wounds, so they no longer affect your present. Throughout our work, you’ll gain tools to manage anxiety, improve communication, and recognize and shift emotional triggers and patterns. This approach will help you feel more in control, informed, and empowered in your journey to lasting change.

You don’t have to face this journey alone; I’ll be there every step, supporting you to make the changes that bring a healthier, more fulfilling life within reach.
What do clients say?
Clients often describe me as a therapist who welcomes anything they want to explore, with openness and without judgment. They feel supported knowing I’ll listen, ask curious questions, and stay with them through the hard parts. They trust that I know healing from past painful experiences or trauma isn’t always a straightforward journey, but that I’m here to navigate it with them, side by side.
Together, we create a space where vulnerability is honored, helping them make sense of their emotions and understand their relationships better. Clients say our work together brings them clarity about who they are and what they need, helping them feel more confident in themselves and their relationships. With a focus on relationships, emotions, and healing from past pain, I’m here to support them in building a path toward lasting emotional wellness, no matter how winding the road may feel.
"Kim is a fantastic clinician. She works hard for her clients, isn't afraid to address the tough stuff and shows relentless empathy and responsiveness in her sessions. When referring clients to her, I'm always confident that they'll be cared for in a safe space that's focused on growth. She is a gift to our mental health field as a therapist and as a colleague."

What Do Colleagues Say?
“Kim is the kind of therapist that embodies a skilled balance of structure and emotional work in sessions. In her couples work, especially as an EFT therapist, she offers a path for clients to come together and have difficult conversations while remaining productive. Kim’s attention to detail and ability to listen with compassion is a gift. Kim’s clients have space to explore their emotions and deep levels of affect, while she uses her clinical tools to support the conversation in a calm manner. One of her greatest strengths is her sincere and mindful presence. Kim shows up to every session with a willingness to pick up the hard work and stand with her clients. “
